<div itemprop="description">LEANDRE BISSON <br> <br>September 26, 1932 – November 28, 2016 <br> <br> <br> <br>Peacefully in his sleep, Léandre passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Actionmarguerite (Saint-Vital) at the age of 84 years. <br> <br>He leaves to mourn his loss his wife of 58 years Claudette (née Verrier); his children Robert (Linda Ball), Michel (Christa Ratke) of Winnipeg, Joanne (Mark) Nelson of Flin Flon, Jocelyne (Christian) Vézina of Lévis, QC, Guy Bisson of Maple Ridge, BC, and Louise Bisson of Calgary, AB; his 12 grand-children: Sarah and Jonathan Bisson, Angeleka and Ambrielle Bisson, Danielle and Suzanne Nelson, Gabriel and Audrey-Maude Vézina, Katrine (Kyle) Harris, Rhéline Bisson-Fisette, Nicolas Fisette and Alexis Fisette; and three great-grandchildren; his brothers and sisters: Clément (Cécile Fournier), Lucille (late Danny) Munns, Antonio (late Bernadette Mailhot), Gérard (Anita Nadeau), Noëlla (late Norbert Mangin, late Harold Kilfoyle), Jeanne (late Donald) Chartrand, Clarisse (late Thomas Heaphy, Roland) Hacault and Fernand Bisson; and his sister-in-law Marie Mangin (late Alcide Bisson), as well as numerous nephews and nieces. <br> <br>Dad was predeceased by his parents Philippe and Sarah (Gaboury), his brothers François, Adrien, Luc and Alcide; his sisters Marie-Reine (late Émile) Mangin and Florence (late Gérard Mangin); and his grandson Avery Bisson. <br> <br>Léandre was a kind and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. He had strong family values and a love for nature, music and books. He was deeply devoted to family, friends and the church community. Il avait un sens de valeurs familiales très fort et un amour pour la nature, la musique et les livres. Il était grandement dévoué à sa famille, amis et l’Église. <br> <br>La famille souhaite remercier les membres du personnel d’Actionmarguerite (Saint-Vital)/Foyer Valade pour les soins attentionnés et l’affection qu’ils ont démontrés envers notre papa. <br> <br></div>
