Olive Normandin
July 11, 1925 - August 17, 2014
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our loving mother with family by her side at St. Boniface Hospital on Sunday, August 17, 2014, at the age of 89.
Olive will be forever missed by her son Ron (Sandy), son David, daughter Nicole and daughter Marilyn (Danny), her grandchildren Dale, Wayne, Vance, Dana, Tabitha and Mercedes, her sisters, Sr. Ida Beaudin and Lucille (Ralph) Wiltshire, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Actionmarguerite-Taché Centre and the St. Boniface Hospital Emergency for their care and compassion.
In keeping with mom’s wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
We will love you forever mom.
